Environment and the 17 cents spent for governmental regulatory supervision [15]. In other words, 56% of the research money was spent on security or regulatory super-vision and only 44% was spent on the actual research."
Я хотел бы посмотреть на бизнесменов, которые половину денег, заплаченных им за работу, тратят на охрану своих заводов и заполнение бумажек. ;-(

Я хотел бы посмотреть на бизнесменов, которые половину денег, заплаченных им за работу, тратят на охрану своих заводов и заполнение бумажек. ;-(
